Job Description
Mixing drinks to achieve proper alcoholic content, taste and quality
Interacting with customers by providing prompt service and a friendly attitude
Adhering to safety guidelines, including ensuring that their bar doesn't exceed its maximum capacity
Ensuring bar sanitation through various hands-on cleaning and sanitation techniques
Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Knowledgeable with Menu & Food Safety (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP))
Pleasing personality, Dynamic with Good English communication skill
Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
Strong task and time management abilities.
Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
