JOB SUMMARY:
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, under the direct supervision of the Bar Captain/Bar and Beverage Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for mis en - place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cleans / resets bar counter/area and clears soiled plates in accordance with set standards.
Prepares glassware, cutlery, linen, etc., ensuring sufficient supply for the days operation.
Changes soiled linen as needed.
Conducts an inventory of store items and requests for lacking items, where applicable, prior to start of operations.
Sets up the bar for daily operations, according to authorized procedures.
Conducts daily beverage stock inventory.
Requests for needed stocks or supplies observing authorized requisition procedures.
Inspects and cleans up bar and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
Dispenses beverages per guest order, observing set standards in terms of time, mixture and appearance.
Checks on guest satisfaction by directly asking guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Listens to guest feedback and ensures these are communicated to the Food & Beverage group.
Prepares all required reports related to audit and administrative requirements (e.g., breakage / loss forms as needed, bottle sale reports if applicable, inter - bar transfer forms, requisition forms, etc.).
