Job Description:
 
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a thorough knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to customers while providing an exceptional dining experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation:
Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
Craft signature cocktails and recommend drink pairings with menu items.
Maintain an inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Customer Service:
Greet and interact with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a positive experience.
Bar Operations:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Monitor and manage bar supplies to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
Set up and break down the bar before and after shifts.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and check identification as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Assist in training new bar staff as needed.
Cash Handling:
Process payments and manage cash register accurately.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bartending certification is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in bartending or a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink preparation techniques, and bar equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., kegs, boxes of supplies).
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Experience:
1+ years experience, On-the-job training will be schedule prior to starting
