Job Description
Supervise and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations.
Greet and serve guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the lounge.
Train and mentor junior staff to maintain service standards.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Proven experience as a Captain Waiter or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and customer service skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
