Job Description
What you will be doing:
Responsible on the set-up, cleanliness of the bar area and all bar tools and equipment.
Handles daily and monthly inventory.
Checks AM and PM checklist.
Prepare and serve guests drinks.
Work Experience
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality or any related field with basic wine and coffee training.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience with flair tending background is an advantage.
Effective communication and guest relation skills.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
