Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean, milk tea, fruit tea supplies, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies, and making sure everything is in order.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks.

To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
Responsibilities
· Greet customers as they enter
· Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
· Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
· Prepare beverages following recipes
· Serve beverages
· Receive and process payments
· Keep the bar area clean
· Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
· Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
· Comply with health and safety regulations
· Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment
Cleaning service and seating areas
Ordering, receiving, and distributing stock supplies
Requirements
· Previous work experience as a Barista
· Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
· Knowledge of sanitation regulations
· College Grad
· Fresh Grad is accepted
