Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Brew Corner Coffee and Tea Bar located in 2 Xavierville Ave, Loyola Heights. Quezon City. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages such as coffee, milk-tea, and ice blended drinks. The Barista will also be responsible for processing customer orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness of the store, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Barista and Food Preparation skills Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills Customer Service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Previous barista or food service experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in food service or hospitality is advantageous At least 3 months of Barista experience Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
