Job Description
Manages, motivates and organizes personnel in order to improve the quality and creativity of F&B service team, in line with brand standards.
Improves the department's results by increasing sales, improving the management of points of sale (restaurants, bars, 24hr service etc), expenditures and profitability
Enhances guest satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the hotel
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in same capacity or field.
Completed a Bachelor's degree preferably Hotel Restaurant Management.
Strong leadership skills, motivated, team player & with pleasing personality.
Strong background in food & beverage.
Remarkable skills in guest satisfaction & handling.
