Job Description
Responsible for the smooth daily operations of the Bar.
Assists in developing strategies to ensure the outlet operates successfully and is individually profitable in accordance with the standards of the Hotel.
Creates a safe & fun environment for staff and patrons.
Work Experience
At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Micros, POS.
Strong Food & Beverage and Bar/Club background.
Highly innovative and excellent guest relations skills.
