Job Description
Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere by providing a warm and friendly welcome, being available and visible in the hotel
Manages, motivates and organizes personnel in order to improve the quality and creativity of F&B services, in line with brand standards. Makes suggestions for improvement.
Improves the department's results by increasing sales, improving the management of points of sale, spend and profitability
Work Experience
A diploma in hospitality is preferred / Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience of a similar role
Basic bartending and wine training
Flexible and outgoing, can do multi-tasking
