Job Description
Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquet rooms, and storage areas.
Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the banquet and Catering service.
Responsible to supervise the wait staff team. Oversee the work of waiters, assign sections, and provide guidance to ensure smooth service operations.
Ensure that guests receive exceptional service. Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
With knowledge in Banquet Operation
With good personality and communication skill
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Must have several years of experience as waiter, with a strong background in the food service industry. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.
