Bank Operations Supervisor | MakatiPJ Lhuillier Group of Companies

The position is primarily responsible for safekeeping bank cash funds and securing that the actual cash on hand tallies with the accountability, prepares and submits reports to banks accounting department and AMLC. The position also assists in handling the routine over-the-counter financial transactions.
Opens the Safe/Vault and turns over the is the cash balance left (PICOS) to Teller.
Transfers cash to Teller as requested.
Prepares cash to be deposited to the depository bank.
Prepares COCI (Checks and Other Cash Items) to be deposited to the depository bank .
Perform online fund transfer to and from different depository banks.
Prepares and records Checks for payment of various bills, Real Estate Mortgage loans, Car loans.
Facilitates preparation of Cashier's checks for AOR and Employee Salary Loan release
Posts various inward checks issued by the CLRB depositors.
Graduate of any four year Business-related course or Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
At least two (2) years bank-related experience
Knowledge in branch operations and retail banking is required for this position.
Willing to be assigned in Makati
