Bank Financing Specialist
Senior Associate
Job Description:
1. Coordinate with buyers on the financing scheme of lumpsum payments
2. Assist buyers in securing bank application for end-buyers financing
3. Monitor status of accounts under end-buyers bank financing
4. Coordinate and resolve with other departments/banks for any deficiencies relative to lumpsum take-out
5. Monitor conversion of BG to LOU issuance, and LOU to actual bank take-out
6. Maintain database and prepare various bank fin reports
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any business or finance-related course.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, SAP system and bank procedures and policies.
3. Effective communication and customer service skills.
4. At least 2 years experience in bank financing unit and with existing relationship with various banks.
