Monitor financial activities, prepare branch reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with exposure to both operations and sales functions.
Strong understanding of bank operations, compliance, and risk management.
Proven sales experience with the ability to achieve targets and drive branch profitability.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
