Job Description
The opportunity
The Banca Communication and Engagement Manager is responsible for leading and strategizing the design of the employees communication and engagement/sales events plans and roadmap. Also, the incumbent is responsible in managing the execution of the plans and roadmap of employees engagement activities/campaigns and sales events that align and support company transformation and business objectives. The incumbent will partner with MCBL, Manulife Philippines, and China Bank counterparts for feedback and sign-off on the design of initiatives especially e key sales events such as Kick-off, etc.
Responsibilities
Leads the conceptualization, development, implementation and management of employees and sales events/programs/campaigns to help the company build the right mindset and culture and positive employee experience to drive transformation, digital and growth agenda of the company.
Leads the development, implementation, and management of effective communication plans / strategy (content creation, memos, presentation materials, and various literatures) related to employee events, campaigns, and programs aligned with MCBL Brand Guidelines in coordination with MP Marketing
Leads the conceptualization and execution of engagement events and recognition programs to rally employees such as town hall events, employee activities
Identifies and solicits support teams large and key events execution
Develops a connected story and targeted communication using various channels to drive change and engagement aligned to company objectives
Manages internal communications by developing organization announcements, team tools, and leader messages that reflect the values and objectives of the company.
Manages day-to-day concerns and requests in relation to internal communications, programs/campaigns and events.
Leads various MCBL employees and sales projects, programs & initi atives.
Negotiates and works with vendor in delivery large company events such as kick-off, etc

What we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years relevant experience, preferably in Employee Engagement and Events, Campaigns, and/or Communication Management in a sales / marketing organization
At Least 3 years experience as a People Leader Experience in the Financial Services Industry will be an advantage
End-to-end project management experience a plus
Data driven in making decisions and crafting initiatives
Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Must be strong in Power Point, Word, and Excel Experience in Photoshop, Canva and other marketing tools a plus
