Qualifications:
Female
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the food service sector is an advantage
Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties under pressure
Must be able to demonstrate competence within a professional framework in the delivery of results and hitting sales targets
Above-average verbal and written communication skills
Possess excellent problem solving skills
Physically able to perform all required duties
