Job Description
Develop and implement effective bakery production plans to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer expectations
Manage and train bakery staff on recipes, processes, and production standards to ensure quality and consistency
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and efficiency in all aspects of bakery operations
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
