Be part of our pioneering team for the newest bakery brand acquired by the Jollibee Group in the Philippines. Below are the available positions intended for the following stations: Pastry, Viennoiserie, and Bread: Sous Chef Ensures day-to-day culinary operations in the central kitchen/commissary. Plans, implements, and monitors production systems (stock levels, ordering and receiving of items). Assumes the role of cost controlling and maintaining food cost. Ensures compliance of central kitchen/commissary to overall management and implementation of production (FSC, Food safety standards, etc.) and quality standards, policies, and procedures in the central kitchen/commissary. Ensures highest-quality food/menu choice through product and process improvement as well as inventory management. Leads the management and training of new personnel, scheduling staff work hours, and doing performance reviews. Chef De Partie Prepares and cooks dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring taste, texture, and presentation meet our high-quality standards. Maintains a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Works closely and cooperates with other chefs, superiors, colleagues and subordinates in order to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items Demi Chef de Partie Provides support to the Chef de Partie in accomplishing day-to-day operations in their specific line production. Implements compliance/quality standards, including procedures that concern the health and safety in food preparation. Works hand-in-hand with superior chefs to ensure continuous learning opportunities, including creating new products in the menu. QUALIFICATIONS: A graduate of any 4/5 year course or an associate/vocational graduate in Culinary Science, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service Management and other related courses. With at least (5) years of experience in commissary production, baking, food and beverage industry and other role that is similar to the position for Sous Chef . With at least (1-3) years of experience in commissary production, baking, food and beverage industry and other role that is similar to the position for Jr. Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Demi Chef de Partie . Preferably with Baking/Culinary certification (but not required) Has a passion for Food & Beverage, specifically breads and pastries. Must be friendly, helpful, trustworthy, and solution-driven. Willing to work on shifting schedules. Willing to be trained in Laguna and be assigned in Santolan, Pasig .
