JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full responsibility for debit /credit note development and coordination.
Assistance in generating Bad Debt Report/DSO Report/ AR Aging Report
Via Shared service processes - DSO reduction year on year / Smoothing of debtors curve within portfolio
Regional strategic management of Aged debt within portfolio / Clear reduction in Bad debt
Enhanced use of credit system and structured process - to achieve consistency of results
Establishes and communicates credit management policy and ensures business compliance and gains customer
agreement
With In-country credit management teams - proactive identification of what is inhibiting payments
Takes decisions as appropriate and to reduce length of time re ultimate payment
Has a clear knowledge of legal and In-country legislation and uses this effectively in negotiations.
Uses analytical skills to gain wider understanding of trends and reasons for slippage then takes steps to tackle
these
Accurate and maximum utilization of SAP functionality in maintenance of customer master database and CRM
functionalities, particularly telecredit and telequery to capture all customer enquiries to support CRM intent
Renders assistance and participates to specific ad-hoc projects where necessary
Establishes compliance with company safety standard, policies and procedures
Demonstrates a strong personal commitment to Safety in the entire Credit Management /Customer Service
Team
Promotes corporate values of the company
Required Key Skills (Functional/Technical):
Has interpersonal skills in Credit Management - Frontend
Considerable experience in credit management
Knowledge of business analysis tools and systems
SAP knowledge and application
Able to use judgment and can make decisions
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office applications
Understanding of Order-to-Cash (SD) process
Strong team player with strong networking ability
Highly organized in Time management
Detail oriented
Required Qualifications/Experience (Internal Candidate):
Degree in business or any associated discipline, preferably financial background
Considerable Experience in Credit management / Customer Service
Proven results delivery- demonstrated success within a credit management team
Experience in working under pressure / high volume environments
Knowledge of outbound telephony preferred
SAP Systems experience preferred
Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office applications
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): Indonesian
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word
