About the role
Your Opportunity
As a key member of the Data and Analytics team, you will be accountable for administrating and operating the Data Distillery portals. You will develop and enable new processing and reporting capabilities by focusing on the continual improvement of the Data Distillery portal servers and their dependent systems. Your ability to provide support and make the platforms evolve while maintaining the integrity of the portal and the user access will be key to ensure the success of this position. You will be responsible of Self Service analytics and will provide business users with knowledge and techniques to convert their key BI reports and dashboards to comply with Bacardi D&A in boarding standards and allow for IT support. You will strive relentlessly to optimize the administration of the Data Distillery portals and to ensure its adherence with security and compliance rules. You will create and apply framework tools and provide guidance to drive greater effectiveness in the administration of the portals.

Responsibilities
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Directs, organizes, administer and coordinates Data Distillery daily tasks and activities of both SAP BO and Power BI
Manage and supervise the installation, monitoring, update, upgrade and optimization of SAP BO and Power BI servers and services
Exercise full control of full control over Bacardi-wide Power BI and SAP BO settings and administrative features, including licensing. Assign users, control, monitor usage optimize settings
Lead the self-service BI initiative. Support business users' requests, support code conversion of PBI data sets to datasets when required, support SSBI architecture
Proactively reports on issues and challenges to management / Support BI operations when required
Provide recommendations and participate to system and application architecture discussions and decisions / Identify improvements opportunities
You will ensure the conversion of business managed PBI reports to their IT managed version and you will ensure compliance to common visualization standards
Monitor, communicate and troubleshoot issues about data integrity, design, functional and technical specs in collaboration with the analytics dev team, operation team, infrastructure team, and network team
Manage vendors for all portal update, upgrade, and architectural changes activities
Demonstrate the ability to design, document and lead new projects; working independently or in teams, and ensure communication between the other IT departments and vendors.
Monitor resources, implement security and protecting identities
Create tools and guidance to drive greater effectiveness in the administration of the Data Distillery portals
Perform review and quality checks of development and configuration deliverables of 3rd party development team
Must be able to work EU Time zone and/or overtime when required
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Strong experience in administrating SAP BO BI portal - 3 to5 years
Experience in administrating MS PBI service - 1 to 3 years
Experience in developing reports and dataflows in MS Power BI - 1 year
Experience in developing Analytics BI solution architecture
Overall strong IT technical skills, in development, operations and in system administration
Experience on Azure and SAC is a plus
Ability to effectively network & collaborate across a globally matrix organization (all functions, all regions)
Some development experience in SAP BW is a plus
ETL development experience for data integration purposes
Work independently in a team
Ability to make operational and administrative tasks in a timely manner to avoid excessive production downtime
Demonstrate a strong proven working knowledge and ability to design, install, program, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems
Must possess documented work experience in SAP BO and MS PBI
Must possess and apply strong managerial, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in SQL / Azure knowledge is a plus
