RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate and convert sales opportunities from select products within the installed base
Maintain growth and retention of the assigned client account portfolio
Utilize all provided channels of communication to contact, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Follow up on inbound leads to conversion to sales opportunities
Identify, build, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via Salesforce.com
Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful and timely deliver of client's requirements
Contribute to overall sales revenue by consistently hitting sales target

QUALIFICATIONS:
College Grad/Undergrad
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig in a graveyard/shifting schedule
SHOULD HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
At least 6 months BPO work experience of: Offering IT Solutions/Software and knowledgeable with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
At least 1 year BPO work experience of: End-to-end B2B Sales experience (from leads generation to deal closing)
At least 1 year BPO work experience of: Outbound warm and cold calling and sales presentations/demos
At least 1 year BPO work experience of: Outbound/inbound Sales CSR experience
