Task will be:
Follow up leads by outbound calls for verification purposes, specifications of clients' need
Manage and expand relationships with existing and new clients
Proactively contact existing merchants to identify further new business opportunities
Keep clients updated of new products and follow up
Report client's requirements and follow up their demand for products
Qualifications:
Just have at least 2 years' experience within Marketing/B2B Sales role
Strong phone presence in dialling/reaching out to numerous customers per day
Above average English communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to choose from a variety of solutions to tailor-fit resolutions for different customers
Strong relationship builder has a positive attitude and is a team player
Highly driven, is self-motivated, target orientated, resilient and tenacious
demonstrates a willingness to learn
Highly organized and plans and prioritizes work effectively
Knowledge of POS terminals or Payment services and Merchant Services is unique advantage
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
