Job Description
Be part of the dynamic Merchant Acquisition team which is responsible for acquiring and growing GCash's growing and diverse merchant network to bring even more exciting brands, value and options to the GCash mobile app!
Day-to-Day activities
· Cold call, email, self-prospect, and network to generate prospect pipeline to acquire a diverse range of new merchants (F&B, Fashion and Electronics as priority verticals)
· Champion Appboxo's strong value proposition for merchants as the leader of choice for miniprogram development service
· Meet, pitch and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchant leads to acquire and onboard them onto GCash
· Handle day-to-day merchant queries (commercial & operational) and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding and post-onboarding process
· Be accountable for merchant activity and engagement throughout the merchant's onboarding journey
Requirements:
· Highly motivated and target-driven individual
· Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to build rapport and win over merchant
· Proactive and always push to deliver extra
· 1-2 years of working experience in sales or business development with a successful track record
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Experience in Merchant Acquisition/Business Development
· Strong experience with e-commerce builders, especially Shopify and Magento, is an advantage
· Effectively bilingual in English and Filipino Language

Working hours
-9am to 6pm Manila Time Monday to Friday-OFFICE BASED
Salary Package
-20k to 30k depending on experience and knowledge
