Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in Asset Reliability and Integrity Management of Fuel Terminals, Petrol Station and other similar assets or industries. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Asset audit, documentation and recording
- Asset life cycle, bad actors and cost-benefit analysis
- Creation of asset maintenance program using "fit for purpose" methodology (run to fail, frequency, risk based)
- Vertical storage tank inspection (OOSI and in-service) using API 653 standard
- OHT and UGT Tank inspection
- Perform NDT inspection (visual, UT & DPT)
- Piping inspection using API 570
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps, dispensing pumps, etc.)
- Maintenance painting for petroleum storage terminal assets
- Visual Inspection of civil structures
- interpretation of NDT results (UT, MPT, RT, DPT, etc.)
- Accepted industry practice on asset integrity management
- Project Management - project execution, schedule control, quality assurance and budget monitoring
Must be knowledgeable in MS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Team player and can work with minimal supervision.
Must have a driver's license and willing to travel.
Good HSSE background is an advantage.
Job Description:
Covers UPPI assets issued to B2B Customers.
Maintain proper asset documentation per B2B site, including but not limited to:
· Asset List
· Asset capitalization (initial cost of installation)
· Asset age, technical manuals and maintenance books
· Equipment Maintenance Plan (EMP)
· Asset Integrity Assessment (AIA)
· Equipment Record (surveillance and technical inspection reports, maintenance executions, asset failures and root cause analysis)
· Asset Retirement (accounting books update, proper documentation, etc.)
Conduct the Surveillance Inspection using standard checklist as per Equipment Maintenance Plan (EMP) schedule using the prescribed surveillance checklist for each equipment.
Endorse to Account Manager (AM) preventive and corrective actions from technical and surveillance inspection that require Contractor work
Coordinate with maintenance contractor for the conduct of Technical Inspections as per EMP.
Immediate review of initial findings from the technical inspection, challenging recommendations to "fit for purpose" scope and planning for immediate repair works needed.
Get sign-off of Maintenance Lead for the final recommendations from the Technical Inspection.
Endorse to Account Manager (AM) preventive and corrective actions from technical and surveillance inspection that require Contractor work. AM shall raise the RFQ/RFP for the works.
Ensure "close-out" of critical surveillance and technical recommendations to manage risk to ALARP. Pursue closeout of findings through AM.
Perform breakdown and corrective maintenance works for B2B sites as and when it occurs (including execution and monitoring of OPEX Projects).
Conduct investigation for asset breakdown, finding root cause and developing actions or maintenance scope to prevent re-occurrence.
Perform mean time before failure (MTBF) monitoring of assets, recording asset performance and using the data for the yearly review of site EMP.
Lead the Asset Integrity Assessment (AIA) review for new assets created by projects and generate the EMP for the asset.
Get sign-off from Maintenance Lead for the new asset AIA and EMP
Ensure that new asset maintenance scopes are included in the maintenance contract (coordinate and close-out with Purchasing).
Maintain the site critical drawings (as-built, P&ID, single line diagram, lay-out, area classification drawings) making sure that these are updated once CAPEX Project is executed.
Update the equipment data folder for each site making sure asset history is captured.
Perform other task as agreed with immediate supervisor.
