The B2B Content Marketing Specialist is a smart, enthusiastic, self-driven and tech-savvy individual responsible for a variety of marketing and sales administrative tasks and general support across the business.
Your Responsibilities
Implementing a marketing strategy using digital tools to drive sales leads into the business.
Managing social media channels: creating content, scheduling and posting.
Working with the team of HR Consultants to create exciting on-point content and graphic design to generate original, authentic content (utilizing Chat GPT and AI tools).
Developing and implementing a content schedule for social media channels and company websites.
Creating and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters to customers and leads.
Participating in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
QA analysis of all email campaigns.
Organizing and maintaining all marketing digital assets.
Managing a database of subscribers and growing the mailing list by making enticing content upgrades.
Campaign and list management in all applicable CRMs (HubSpot and Linked In Lead Generation CRM).
Keeping up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends.
Assisting in content creation for email distribution.
Administrative support for the team, including filing all invoices and other client HR documents.
Collating and reporting on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly billable hours for the team.
Managing our paid LinkedIn Lead Generation CRM by responding to all enquiries and booking in Discovery Calls.
Create and send new Client One-Pagers and Client Proposals through HubSpot, with follow-up automation.
Manage the company's TSG Annual Membership for clients, including creating and sending out Monthly Newsletters, creating and sending out employment law EDM's on legislation updates, planning and managing Partner Monthly Webinar sessions.
Weekly, Monthly, Annual and Ad-Hoc Reporting as required by the business.
Any other tasks or projects as directed by the Company Director.
Your Background
Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, coordinating and implementing a range of marketing activities.
Smart, proactive and a fast learner.
Experienced with social media channels and website content management.
Competent in writing engaging, authentic short-form content.
Have exposure to digital tools and CRMs such as AgileCRM, Hubspot, Canva, MailChimp, Drip or similar (HubSpot & Canva highly desirable).
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Harvest (Time Tracker), Xero (Accounting Software), Wix (website) is advantageous.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn.
