Key Responsibilities:
*Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
*Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
*Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.
*Possess a valid driver's license for conducting test drives.
*Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
*Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
Education and Other Competencies:
*Graduate of Mechanical or Automotive Technology
*The ability to work independently.
*Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills.
