Job Description
How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role?
1. Vehicle Preventive Maintenance Services
1.1 Perform Lubeserv Express Lube services in accordance with Lubeserv Service Operations Manual and appropriate TESDA NC curriculum or equivalent
1.2 Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
1.3 Ensures that the serviced vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.
2. Service Performance
2.1 Greets , reiterates service request and informs of how long service will take (if approached and asked by customer)
2.2 Provides status of incomplete job orders (ex. Oil Change/Maintenance Service Preparation and Processing) to Service Advisor as needed
2.3 Receive and perform service job orders with complete description of customer concerns
2.4 Hands over vehicle to Lubeserv Service Advisor once maintenance service is done
2.5 Performs basic vehicle troubleshooting
2.6 Follow safeguards rules and regulations.
3. Reporting and Records Management
3.1 Logs and keeps accurate documentation of oil change service requests provided to the customers
3.2 Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
4. Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
4.1 Complies with Company policies and procedures
4.2 Participates in required training
5. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of TESDA - Automotive Servicing or other relevant vocational course
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience; Proven experience with related technical skills
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge. Technical training or commensurate technical experience.
