JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Can Repair and assess single piston air cool gasoline/diesel engines
Good moral character, honest and hardworking
Relevant or related experience in automotive or fleet management
Driver's License with code A and B
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Automotive Specialist monitors and conducts all fleet inspection related policies and procedures to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively, fulfilling the company's requirements including all subsidiaries.
Inspect and validate daily defects reported in pre-trip forms.
Check and record daily vehicle mileage and update PMI report. Make sure that all vehicles are serviced on time.
Handles all vehicle related requisition and supplies from different vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate vehicle breakdown to automotive vendor. Able to do initial diagnosis and minor repair.
Conduct vehicle appearance audit. Make sure that vehicles are clean and decals are not torn.
Manage supplies inventory of decals, oil, lubricants, tires, batteries, tools, spare tire and fire extinguisher.
Raise PO for repairs and maintenance.
Review automotive expense such as running repair, preventive maintenance, fuel, and other supplies.
Apply for annual LTO registration
Handles different automotive reports
