Experience in writing test scripts and automating test procedures for web and client/server applications Experience or knowledge on test automation tools and open source tools (e.g. Selenium, SoapUI) are beneficial Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to be self-directed adapt to a rapidly changing environment Leadership skills and organizational skills is a big plus since there are times when there are roles that needs to handle a group of people Smart, motivated people willing to work extended hours at times
