Position: Automation Quality Analyst📍 Location:Muntinlupa, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode:Hybrid (3 Days onsite, 2 days WFH)Design, develop, test, and maintain automated test solutions in a web‐based environment using automation and scripting tools (e.g. Selenium WebDriver, etc.). Review requirements with emphasis on automation strategy and high coding standards. Translate business requirement specifications into automated test cases. Ensure system releases meet agreed functional requirements as verified through test summary reports or acceptance test certificates. Provide inputs for process improvements arising from system changes. Collaborate with senior team members to apply automation knowledge to assigned projects.Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Technical Qualifications
3-4 years of development experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
Proficient in ABSL scripting, Partner Development Infrastructure (PDI), and BTP integrations
SAP C4C Certification is required
Strong understanding of NodeJS and backend service development
Familiarity with SQL and relational database principles
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is a plus
Ability to produce structured documentation and adhere to coding standards
Soft Skills Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Service-oriented with a collaborative and proactive work ethic
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Adaptable to changing business needs and fast-paced environments
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SAP C4C solutions using ABSL scripting, PDI, and BTP integrations
Create and update reports, forms, and other development deliverables
Ensure quality assurance by coordinating with QA teams for testing and validation
Maintain technical documentation in line with project specifications and organizational standards
Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to meet timelines and service level agreements
Comply with defined software development processes and CMMI standards
Proactively investigate and resolve issues within agreed SLA timelines
Continuously enhance knowledge through self-study, training, and certifications
Support and mentor junior team members as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead or project manager
