Apply now!Job Requirements & Qualifications:Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 2 years experience in Manual Quality Assurance / TestingAt least 3 years experience in Automation QA / Testing with hands‐on development of automated test frameworksProficient with a programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, C, C#, or shell scriptingExperience with test automation frameworks (e.g. BDD, Data‐Driven, Keyword‐Driven) and backend API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, REST APIs * Strong working knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)Solid understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (both Agile & Waterfall)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented, with strong time‐management and problem‐solving skillsGood to Have:Experience in business domains such as manufacturing, distribution, or financial operationsExposure to mentoring or guiding junior QA staffFamiliarity with cloud services / cloud automation platformsPrior experience working in a shared‐services or cross‐functional QA/Automation setupJob Roles & ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Testing:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium WebDriver or equivalentReview requirements and define test automation strategy with high coding standardsTranslate business requirements into automated test casesEnsure releases conform to agreed functions and requirements, supported by test summary reports or acceptance certificatesProcess & Improvement:Participate in and enforce software development lifecycle standards and QA best practicesMonitor and report on automation progress & metricsContribute suggestions for tools or environment enhancementsCollaborate with manual QA, development, and senior automation analysts to improve automation framework architectureReporting & Support:Execute test scripts; identify, replicate, and report defects clearlyCertify fixes and new functionality through regression / functional / system testingPrepare test plan, effort estimation, and summarizing test resultsAdministrative & Teamwork:Mentor junior QA/Automation team membersRecord testing activities, report issues, ensure compliance with process standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (developers, business analysts, QA leads)Maintain flexibility to support changing priorities and schedulesWhy Join Us?
