Job Description
Responsibilities:
Primary Engagement of Automation Program Partners (URIC Direct in execution of the ff project activities):
Connects with developers to review process design flow of automation solution (CR/ Enhancement, new build)
Prepare scripts and Test overall functionalities, document issues and monitor SLAs
Train users during the deployment and prepare decks, performs show and tell to stakeholders
POC for immediate technical troubleshooting
Collect feedback and issues in hypercare
Prepares SOP for handover to the 3P run team (MOSI/CG)
Updates URIC CD FAS members on key activity updates
Skill Requirements:
Process Analysis
Project Management
Communication, Presentation & Stakeholder Management
Excel and PowerBI (Basic to Intermediate)
