This is a remote position. Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, increase efficiency, and reduce human error. API Integration: Implement and manage API integrations to streamline processes between various IT systems and services. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate IT processes to identify automation opportunities. AI and Machine Learning Projects: Participate in the development and integration of AI and Machine Learning solutions into the IT infrastructure. Collaboration: Work with IT teams to define requirements and implement automation strategies. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation scripts and procedures. Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support for automated processes and systems. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in automation, AI, and Machine Learning to propose innovative solutions. Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, general scripting, and API integration. Experience: Relevant experience in automation or a similar role in IT. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with current IT automation tools and practices.
