Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor all plant facilities and equipment to be available according to set standard, principle based troubleshooting approach
Attend and facilitate daily communication (toolbox, shift endorsement) meeting. Clearly document the reported issues, analyze root cause that may help to resolve issues.
Perform routinary maintenance inspection of Facilities / Utilities, and Equipment.
Provide production support by identifying root cause of equipment failures and propose immediate corrective action to sustain the line.
Support initiative on critical parts / spareparts management thru active participation in the execution of the system
Initiate preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliability of plants facilities and equipment.
Read and understand technical manuals and documents for equipment operations and maintenance.
Maintain and control documents and ensure that it is updated (CMMS Tool, and other related maintenance document)
Expertise on 1 or more fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Fabrication, Civil Works, etc.) that could lead to quick response and resolution of maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer
At least 2 year's experience as a PLC programmer.
Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.
Knowledge of software design principals.
Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software.
