The Role
As an Automation and Reporting Head, you will be responsible in managing Finance manual reports rationalization, system reports analysis and automation of reports.
How you'll contribute
Ensures the integrity and the overall governance of Finance manual reports, follow through on the reports elimination roadmap (reports for decommissioning).
Build COE book of work on reports and process automation i.e. Automation pipeline.
Conduct / execute automation initiatives across Finance.
Conduct process analysis and reports rationalization to identify opportunities for automation.
Identify suitable automation equipment / platform to use.
Design automated processes and reports and establish target state vs baseline data.
Test automated processes and reports, identify and resolve quality issues.
Eliminate defects with automation product and software development.
Engage and collaborate with other business units to understand process and reports automation requirements.
Perform as project manager to ensure successful delivery of automation projects.
Manage portfolio of automation projects both process and reports automation.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar field
Preferably With certificate in Lean Six Sigma, AI/Automation, Oracle SQL
At least 5 years relevant work experience in RPA (process and reports automation), Finance, Project Management
Must have experience in process and reports automation through VBA and RPA
Experience with project management and project life cycle, design, test and quality assurance
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Inclined and ability to keep up with the latest technologies
