Co-leads the ideation, implementation and expansion of Intelligent Process Automation in AIA Philippines
Internally, person will liaise with Enterprise Architecture Team and Innovation Lab to understand automation best fitting.
Has Project Management Experience in implementing Process Automation
Has strong hands-on experience on the following skills and technologies:
For Intelligent Process Automation
RPA
Low-Code Tools Such As Mendix/Outsystems
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, etc)
IT Service Management
Application Development and Management
Solution Architecture, TOGAF preferred
Ansible (For Infrastructure Automation)
Has good eye on technology trends - capable to provide advisory on best-fit solutions for IT automations and innovations strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
8 solid years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or other similar fields.
- 5 years experience as software engineer
- 3 years of experience in Project Management and Solution Consultancy
Project Management experience is required (minimum 3-4 years) Strong background on the following technologies:
- RPA
- Low-Code Automation (Mendix/Outsystems)
- Power Platform
- Web Development UI/UX (NodeJS, MEAN Stack, Angular)
Candidate will serve as a solution consultant for:
- Office 365
- Low Code Automations in:
Power Platform Automations
Mendix/Outsystems Automations depending on selected toolset.
Infrastructure Automation (Ansible)
Has strong experience reporting to C-Level executives. Has experience in leadership and people management - candidate will be working with a youthful Agile team. Knowledgeable on the following technologies:
- Power Platform
- UiPath
- Mendix / Outsystems
- Ansible
- Dynamics 365
- Azure / AWS Cloud - Powershell
Strong ownership in the items of process automation backlog
Capable of building solution blueprint, wireframes and architecture for the indicated process automation requirement.
Works with business / department stakeholders to identify risk areas, and accountable to ensuring the risk items are remediated.
Willing to work on-the-grounds for automations if needed (POC development)
Proficient in English
