JOB SUMMARY:
Analyze operational and process gaps across the supported division. Develop solutions and drive projects focused on improving operational excellence, customer experience, revenue, and overall business performance.
Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
Help define the business cases, scope of projects, process flows, gather project requirements and translate and document requirements following agile methodology for use by the product owners and agile scrum teams
Document business and functional requirements of automation opportunities using agile methodology and closely collaborate with development and quality assurance teams in system development and system enhancement projects.
Create Epics/Stories/Tasks/User Stories including documentation of acceptance criteria.
Build relationship and closely partner and coordinate with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of users acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls to ensure that automation projects are delivered
Work with business teams to prepare system documentation needed for the project
Lead requirements grooming calls with product owners, business teams and development teams
Drive scrum calls in the capacity of scrum master if needed
Conduct demos to product owners and business teams of functionalities developed by the development team
Contribute and help build team's knowledge management by creating application user guide, documentation or knowledge articles related to requirements analysis and management standards
Support the development of proof of concepts by defining scope, process and requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Has good understanding of Agile methodology
Has experience in requirements gathering and requirements documentation such as functional specifications and user stories
Self-driven and results-oriented individual with proven ability to influence and engage the team in delivering best-in-class solutions to business partners
Strong analytical, quantitative and deductive reasoning skills.
Ability to work with management teams to translate high-level business plans into action steps and automation solutions.
Sound organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work/communicate with all levels of management.
Process mapping and work flow development and maintenance experience.
Exposure to process automation tools like Appian and UiPath is a plus
Must be willing to work on US/UK shift schedule
