Customer Frontline Solutions (formerly Outsourced Telleserve Corporation-OTC) was created in January 2008 to provide Outsourced Tellering Services to its parent companies, MERALCO and BAYAD CENTER. CFS provides about 300 Tellers and Frontliners at all their seventy Business Offices.
