Responsibilities
Conducts site inspection by on-site field works to validate actual site condition for every project prior to development of engineering plans.
Prepares optional plans by using the Computer Aided Design to optimized site plans based on the actual site condition and project specific requirements during design concept stage.
Prepares 3D plans by using the Computer Aided Design or other rendering tools to be used for presentation by design engineers or stakeholder during the pre-design approval stage with LGU or other stakeholder.
Develops and prepares new facility and office architectural design by using the Computer Aided Design to ensure building design compliant to applicable building and architectural standards during the design development.
Prepares architectural quantity take-off by using applicable engineering tools that is needed to develop detailed cost estimating required for the budget approval of the project.
Convert sketches or scanned copy to CAD format using the Computer Aided Design tool to update latest engineering plans needed for future design reference.
Minimum Requirments:
5 years minimum experience
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree relevant to be the position.
Willing to be assigned in Maginhawa, Quezon City.
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Utilities 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate

("MW Consortium"), and Estate Water, an operating division under MWPV which operates and manages the water systems of townships developed by Ayala Land, Inc. A subsidiary of MW Consortium is Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc. ("Cebu Water") that provides bulk water in the province of Cebu. The Group has other new projects in its portfolio including the Zamboanga City performance-based non-revenue water reduction project under Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. ("Zamboanga Water") and the Tagum City bulk water supply project under Tagum Water Company, Inc. ("Tagum Water"), among others.
