OSL International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Department Staff (Japanese Bilingual) member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing vehicle parts and ensuring timely communication with our suppliers in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
Search for vehicle parts using an online parts system.
Contact suppliers in Japan via phone, email, or fax to obtain parts quotations.
Source aftermarket, new, and used parts through various online platforms.
Ensure prompt provision of parts quotations.
Coordinate with yard and tech admin staff regarding parts requirements for repairs and installations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience in the Japanese language.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese at a conversational level is required.
JLPT/JNAT certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of vehicle parts is an advantage but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
