The Role
As Auto Dealer Sales Officer, you are responsible for the overall Car4Cash sales operations under the Auto-dealer Channel. Also, you will be the person to negotiate with the auto-dealers for partnership and formulate strategies on how to improve Car4Cash sales from the auto-dealer partners and ensure the flawless implementation of these strategies.
How you'll contribute
Ensures that sales targets are achieved in the auto-dealer channel of Car4Cash
Monitors the sales operations from the auto-dealer partners and ensures that all strategies are properly implemented
Conducts regular auto-dealer orientations and business reviews and ensures good business relationships with the partners
Ensures that endorsements of applications from the auto-dealer partners are flawless and that partners are well trained in terms of Car4Cash product features, mobile application processes, and qualifications
Do competitors check and reports to the MC Sales and Distribution Head any important information gathered from the field in relation to an auto-dealer partnership of other financing companies selling the same product
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant course
At least 4 years of related work experience
Knowledgeable in Retail and field sales operations
Extensive experience in the Car4Cash industry is an advantage
Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Has the ability to coach and train, must be a good team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
