End-to-end bookkeeping (bank reconciliation, AP and AR processing, payroll processing, etc)
End-of-month reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation, posting of accruals, etc)
GST reconciliation and IAS/BAS preparation, payroll tax preparation and lodgement
Preparation of management reports
Deal directly with subclients, and in some cases, suppliers and customers
Manage the accounts inbox of the subclients
Handle up to 10 Australian subclients
Skills required:
At least 2 years of experience with AU bookkeeping and payroll processing.
Understands AU GST/PAYGW/PAYGI/STP/Payroll Tax/BAS
Xero expert
Preferably with experience in KeyPay
Excellent written and verbal English skills - can speak confidently to clients
Can prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Can work under high-pressure environment
