Australian Tax knowledge and experience in the completion of:
Individual Tax returns inc Sole Trader Business Schedule
Business Activity Statement Preparation
Instalment Activity Statement Preparation
Document identification and analysis of ledger data to enable requests for missing support documentation
Broad Knowledge and application of Division 40 Small Business Depreciation Rules
Documentation/Workpaper Preparation for Accounting work above
MYOB and Xero - Transaction processing
Transaction Allocation
Bank Rec
Payroll Processing including STP reporting
Payroll Reconciliation
Taxable Annual Payment report processing
Superannuation reconciliation
Utilisation of Digital Filing systems of Accounting Ledger
Xero - Files or Hubdoc
MYOB - Intray
Trade Debtor Reconciliation
Trade Creditor Reconciliation
Qualifications
2 years in Bookkeeping for Australian Public Practice Accountants
Australian Tax knowledge
Software Experience with: * MYOB Business
MYOB AccountRIght
Xero
Class
Office 365 - One drive/SharePoint
ATO mate
Proficient professional communication skills both verbal and written
Self-driven learning
Organised
Personal Job Management and assisting others with overall job management
