College graduate, preferably with Business Science in Accountancy or related course background.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Experience in Audit and inventory is an advantage.
Computer proficiency particularly in Microsoft Office and the Internet
Detail oriented, very organized and work well under pressure
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Assigned to do semi-annual outlet operation audit; and specific auditprojects for internal reviews.
Inspect, assess and encode Weekly Sales Inventory Report (WSIR) to determine the correctness of transaction reported by the OIC through reconciling cash with the reported total sales.
Verifies the accuracy of transaction based on Delivery Receipt (DR) done by Zenzest/Scent Station warehouse personnel.
Review the accuracy of the inventory conducted by the OIC and or Warehouse Staff.
Collate, check, analyze and record Warehouse Inventory Report (WIR) from warehouse following the set guidelines.
Report untoward incident and all other audit issues to Audit Manager appropriately.
Maintains all audit working papers for future reference.
Ensures that all procedures, SOP's, policies and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
When needed, maybe assigned to travel anywhere in the Philippines wherein the company has an outlet and or warehouse to perform outlet operation and warehouse audit.
review stocks subject for disposal in accordance with the policy and guidelines set by the Management.
Monitor and validate the accuracy of semi-annual actual inventory done by the Head Officewarehouse such as: raw Materials, Product Container, Packaging Materials, Labels, Finished Goods, and Goods Work in process, Marketing and Sales Materials.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
