Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of auditors, providing clear guidance and support Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and best practices Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks Review audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and clarity Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess internal control processes and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to maintain audit effectiveness Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing or public accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of auditing principles, techniques, and standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate complex audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders Proficient in using audit tools and software Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks accordingly Experience in the retail industry is a plus
