AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Description
Helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
Functional Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares, analyzes and interprets to management the following reports:
Summary of Variances of Store Audit Result
Summary of Audit Concerns and Highlights during Store Audit
Summary and interpretation of Compliance Grid
Bi-monthly presentation of Outstanding Accounts of Branch Account Executives.
Reconciliation of Outstanding Account of Branch Account Executive
Preparation of Authority to Deduct
Monitoring of outstanding account
Reviews, evaluates, modifies and approves presented audit schedule of the Audit Staff. The parameter of the approval includes but is not limited to the following:
Scheduled turn over from Business Channels Head approved by the Chief Executive Officer
Scheduled audit should not be on the market day of the target store to be audited
Verify and approves necessary forms needed by the compliance staff to conduct field audit.
Memo presented to BAE for store audit
Cash advances and liquidation of travel allowances
Official Business Forms
Monitors and ensures that all data gathered (import/export) from Concessio application is timely and accurately posted.
Weekly monitoring of In-Transit Warehouse
Daily Generation of data from concession; Sales, Stock Requests, Pullout, Delivery, Conversions, export of Business Partner and Item Master in the Cloud
Daily checking that gathered transaction from Concessio with error is fixed as well as data exported to cloud.
Facilitates store audit and turn over in absence of Audit Staffs.
Assists Branch Account Executives concerns on the following:
Inventory Reconciliation
Concessio Concern
Other Processes
Consolidates, reconciles, and prepares monthly audit recommendation on warehouse audit result.
Recommends improvement of processes for the section.
Basic Qualifications
With leadership Skill.
With strong analytical and critical thing skills to interpret gathered data.
Has high level of accuracy on numerical data.
Keen attention to details.
With strong research, investigative or scientific inclination in seeking truths, verifying facts, and correlating data.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be a Certified Public Accountant or its equivalent years of experience in the field of Auditing.
At least two (2) years of experience in auditing function with semi-supervisory or semi-leadership role in an audit team.
