Performs store audit and store turnover (if there is any) of assigned branches of Abigail Farm Supply, Inc.
a. Conducts Cash Count (Sales and Revolving Fund)
b. Conducts Physical Count of actual inventory in the stores
c. Reconciles System Recorded inventories Vs. Concessio Recorded inventories
d. Declares cash and inventory variances
e. Check Accounts Receivable recorded in SAP and in Account envelope
f.Check status of facilities in the stores
g. Text blasts initial store audit result
h. Prepares initial compliance grid evaluation report
i.Other audit steps that may be given, indicated or specified in the work instructions from immediate superior and/or President
2. Prepares monthly store audit schedule
3. Maintains custody of, updates and secures account envelope of Branch Account Executives.
4. Delivers and have transmittal slips of Outstanding Account and Authority to Deduct of BAEs properly received/ acknowledged.
5. Prepares the following report for analysis and interpretation of Audit Team Leader (Section Head):
o Summary of Variances per SKU
o Summary of monthly store audit highlight and high concerns
6. Observes proper communication and approval channels of the department.
Other tasks, activities, or roles, analogous to the foregoing audit functional duties.
