About the Job:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance (R&Q) Manager to join our client's team and lead the Risk & Quality Review (RQR) program. The role requires a strong foundation in audit and assurance, combined with business acumen and leadership capability. You will oversee quality assurance reviews, ensure compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in audit quality. This position also plays a key role in mentoring audit professionals, enhancing review methodologies, and contributing to strategic planning within the quality function.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the firm's RQR program, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant execution of review activities.
Provide expert guidance on audit methodology, quality standards, and risk management practices.
Partner with leadership and project teams to evaluate review results, address findings, and implement improvements.
Contribute to strategic quality initiatives, process enhancements, and people development.
Coach and mentor team members, promoting technical excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA required (CIA or similar certifications preferred).
7+ years of solid experience in both external and internal auditing, with the last 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Deep understanding of audit concepts, assurance methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing performance in a professional services environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to strategic planning and project implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining high-quality standards.
Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in fast-paced and diverse working environments.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and data tools (Alteryx, UiPath exposure is a plus).
