Audit Officer
We are looking for Audit Officers, who will be part of our growing team, the key person to hire should be knowledgeable in systems, process and cycle of auditing, having a background in online gaming industry is a plus, knowledgeable in cash flows, and fund in and out background is a plus also, and working in an industry such as coca cola, or retail and manufacturing is a plus but not required. The Audit Officers should be organized, analytical, detailed oriented and knowledgeable with and can develop strategies to minimize or eliminate errors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking the cash flow and accounts of company to ensure that they are being recorded and processed correctly, that assets are protected through appropriate control measures, and that financial records meet legal standards.
Recording, reviewing, and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of operations
Researching discrepancies, operational problems, and other issues
Examining records, reports, receipts, or other documents and comparing them to company assets and liabilities
Bringing company strengths and weaknesses to the attention of management and providing advice as they develop responses or fixes for these issues.
Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other interested parties.
Maintaining awareness of current industry trends, technology, and developments.
Handling additional duties and special projects to ensure the business is operating efficiently and in compliance with all current regulations.
Responsible in conducting periodic audit of sales and collection and the use of accountable for forms
Carry out post review/audit of petty cash, liquidation and formulate internal control procedures.
Documents, Evaluates the client's internal control system
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
2. Proficient in Microsoft Programs
3. Knowledgeable in a work of Fund in and Fund Out or Payment Officer
4. Proficient in English Language
5. Has the ability to identify issues arising from commercial transactions and audit evidence
6. Team Player, with the ability to multi-task, as well as flexible and can work under pressure
7. With experience as auditor and in online gaming industry is a plus
8. Fully Vaccinated is a plus but not required
9. Willing to stay-in if there is possibility
10. Near Makati and Pasay is a plus
11. Physically Fit
12. With background in Group of Company is a plus
13. can speak mandarin, Vietnam, is a plus but not required
