Description
- Substantiate the Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements submitted by the Branch Services Officers
- Frequently visits the branches to closely verify records, documents and transactions.
(Visitation may vary depending on the availability of the schedule that the management will set)
- Utilizing the Agway System to capture accounting transactions
- Compare results with recorded entries.
- Scrutinize expense accounts but not limited to the following: daily expenses, bank records, official receipts.
- Prepared timely reports to be submitted to the immediate superior.
- Collaborates with other staff for the purpose of responding to questions with regards to fund audits and creating probable solutions.
- Properly document the results of audit work.
- Identifies control threats and opportunities for improvement
- Assist the financial department in critical events.
- He/she makes notation of error for future correction.
- Formulates standard operating procedures regarding audit operations
- Develop policies and procedures to the common benefit of all units
- Anticipating work needs and operational difficulties and offering alternatives and probable solutions.
- He/she attends meeting when requested
- Records keeper of all related documents
- Participate and attend activities as requested
- Strong coordination with senior management, other departments and units

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, SAP
